i've been upgrade but not yet upgraded to my account
I paid a month ago using email@example.com but the payment is unclaimed. So, my account isn't upgrade yet.
I tried to register a new account but the system ( or console) doesn't sent me any confirmation mail with the password.
Can you fix any of this issues please?

I paid thorough PayPal but it didn't upgrade. Then I paid on second day after waiting for 24 hours. It still didn't work. I checked my card got 2 times debited but no upgrade so reclaimed from PayPal but didn't get money till now. I repaid third time and then dropped mails with my login ID but still nothing working. Please help me urgently. Post here direct quick support email ID to get it upgraded. Thank you.
